It was good in that it was a useful combo of protein and fiber. If I could make a suggestion, it would be to add some psyllium to make it thicker and more filling, and black cocoa powder to intensify the chocolate flavor (which was very weak on its own).
I'm so happy I found this! It taste great and I love that it has the fiber and protein together. I make a shake with it every morning! I wish there was a coconut flavor.
