Everything about Daily Fiber + Protein, the fiber-first shake.

Getting started

How do I start taking Mía?

Most people begin with one scoop for the first 2–3 days, then increase to the full serving of two scoops. This allows your gut to adjust gently as you increase your daily fiber.

When should I take it?

Morning is ideal. A fiber-first start supports digestion and fullness throughout the day, but you can take it at any time that fits your routine.

How much liquid do I use?

Two scoops with 12–16 oz of water or milk alternative. Adjust the liquid up or down for the texture you like.

Do I need to drink more water with Mía?

Yes. When adding fiber, increasing hydration supports comfortable digestion. Think of fiber and water as a team.

Texture + taste

Is it thick?

It can be, and that's part of how fiber works, but you're in control. For a thinner texture, add more liquid and shake a little longer. Some drink it quickly, others sip slowly. Find your preference.

Does it taste like stevia or have an aftertaste?

No. We do not use stevia. Mía is lightly sweetened with monk fruit and flavored with natural cocoa to create a creamy chocolate malt taste.

Do I need a blender?

No, just a shaker bottle or jar with a lid. Shake for 20 seconds, let it rest for 20 seconds, then shake again.

Digestive comfort + adjustment

Will I feel a difference right away?

Some people notice fullness and improved comfort within the first few days. For others, changes feel more gradual as consistency builds.

Could I feel more bloated or gassy at first?

Possibly. This is natural when increasing fiber quickly. It typically improves as your gut microbiome adjusts. That's why starting with one scoop can help.

Can Mía help with bloating?

Mía supports digestive comfort, regularity, and gut rhythm, which many people experience as reduced bloating over time. Every body is unique, and comfort builds with consistency.

Will I have to use the bathroom right away?

Not usually. The fiber in Mía is designed to support gentle, predictable digestion, not urgency.

Weight, fasting, and meals

Is this a meal replacement?

No, but it can replace breakfast if it aligns with your needs. Many people use it as their morning shake because it supports fullness and digestion.

Will this help with weight loss?

Mía supports fullness and balanced eating habits. It is not formulated or marketed as a weight-loss product. Comfort, confidence, and consistent routines come first.

Can I drink this while intermittent fasting?

If you consume it during fasting hours, it breaks a fast. Many people choose to end their fast with a fiber-first shake to support controlled hunger and digestion.

Ingredients + standards

Is it vegan?

Yes.

Is it gluten-free?

Yes. It is produced in a facility that also processes wheat, so if you are highly sensitive, see the allergen question below.

Does it contain soy, dairy, or artificial sweeteners?

No, none of the above.

Are there any allergens I should know about?

Mía contains sesame. It is also produced in a facility that processes milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, wheat, and sesame, so trace amounts are possible.

What is the sweetener?

Natural monk fruit extract. No stevia, no artificial sweeteners, no aftertaste.

Is there caffeine in the chocolate flavor?

Minimal, naturally occurring from cocoa.

Life, travel, routines

Can I travel with it?

Yes. Portion into sealed bags or bring the pouch. It mixes anywhere with water or milk.

Can I drink it if I'm a busy parent or traveling for work?

Absolutely. It was created specifically for people who don't have slow mornings.

What if I forget a day?

Just pick back up when you remember. Comfort builds with consistency, not perfection.

Subscription + orders

Do I have to subscribe?

No, one-time orders are available.

What are the subscription benefits?

Lower price, automatic deliveries, and the flexibility to pause, skip, or change your schedule anytime.

Am I locked into anything?

No. Subscriptions are designed around your life, not ours.

How often will I need a refill?

Each pouch holds 15 servings. At the full two-scoop serving that's about two weeks, so most people on a daily routine take two pouches a month. You can adjust your schedule anytime.

Sensitive topics

Can I use Mía if pregnant or breastfeeding?

Our label advises against use during pregnancy or nursing. Every body and pregnancy is unique, so please share the ingredient list with your healthcare provider and follow their guidance.

Is Mía suitable for kids or teens?

Mía is formulated for healthy adults and is not recommended for anyone under 18.

Can this help with IBS, SIBO, or food sensitivities?

We do not diagnose, treat, or make medical claims. Some individuals with sensitive digestion choose to increase fiber slowly and track how they feel. Always consult a provider if uncertain.

What if I feel discomfort when increasing fiber?

Start slower, drink more water, and give your body time to adjust. Small, consistent steps matter more than rapid change.
